Jon Mendez Ito Health Mixologist, Matcha Drinker, and ItoMatcha Explorer

A Florida native, Jon started his journey in the world of fine dining through his culinary studies in New York. After completing his studies, Jon dove head first into the hospitality word through both a pursuit of knowledge and experience.

Jon was the head bartender at restaurants such as Bourbon Steakhouse and sommelier at the Lobster Bar in South Beach. Today Jon works at the fountain bleu and is a specialist in matcha mixology as well as our closest ally in the kitchen!
